**As we end the first quarter of 2023 on a cozy weekend, we’re writing to you our first StationX community update of this year on the journey so far & what’s coming next. If you’re new to StationX, we’re very glad you found us & we’d love to see you stick around.**

**Alright, let’s dive right in!**

How it all started 🚶
---------------------

**After being a part of some of the best crypto communities for over 3+ years, in May last year we set out on a journey to build StationX with one clear mission — push DAOs to success.**

**Our immediate motivation to build was the very inefficiencies we noticed through our experience in working in DAOs & countless conversations with DAO operators across the world.**

After 10 months of building, we’re now an outlier. 🏃‍♂️

**Ever since we started building StationX, we received support from Aave Grants DAO, PolygonDAO & Filecoin in 2022. In January this year, we got into the Outlier Ventures x Protocol Labs accelerator cohort**

**In Q1 of 2023 alone, it’s been 2 months of working with some of the best mentors in the OV network to achieve key milestones like:**

*   **1500+ email signups for beta access (Get in** [**line**](http://stationx.network)**) 🙌**
    
*   **10+ DAOs testing our product currently 🛸**
    
*   **7+ automated workflows built around the initial DAOs onboarded to go live on mainnet ⚙️**
    
*   **800+ active community cumulatively with minimal marketing 🎉**
    

Inviting 100 DAOs into the Private Beta experience 🛸
-----------------------------------------------------

**After thorough testing & feedback from the initial 10 DAOs onboarded into the invite-only private beta, we’re finally closer to being mainnet ready & we’re opening doors for more.**

**In a nutshell, DAOs can easily:**

*   **flexibly distribute ownership & track contributions**
    
*   **manage & track group assets**
