# STP February 2025 Update **Published by:** [STP](https://paragraph.com/@stp/) **Published on:** 2025-03-04 **URL:** https://paragraph.com/@stp/stp-february-2025-update ## Content February was a pivotal month for STP Network (becoming AWE Network), building on the momentum of our rebrand and accelerating efforts across product development, global partnerships, and community engagement. With new grants, major event participation, and the release of the AWE roadmap, we’re laying the foundation for the next phase of Autonomous Worlds and AI Agent adoption. Product and Initiatives Autonomous Worlds Engine (AWE) — Live Preview At ETH Denver, we gave the community a live preview of the Autonomous Worlds Engine (AWE) during AI Agent Day, where we hosted a booth and interactive demo. Builders and founders experienced how AWE’s modular design allows the creation of persistent, evolving worlds where AI Agents interact, learn, and autonomously shape the environment. This was the first preview of AWE’s capabilities, marking a major milestone in demonstrating how developers can leverage AWE to build the next generation of onchain experiences. Full Steam Ahead with the AWE Rebrand Following the overwhelmingly supported proposal to rebrand from STP Network to AWE Network, February saw the continued rollout of updates across our website, documentation, and ecosystem materials. This alignment around Autonomous Worlds ensures that all builders, creators, and players can clearly understand and engage with our evolving vision — to power self-sustaining, agent-driven digital worlds. Specifics on the mechanics of the 1:1 token conversion from $STPT to $AWE will be released shortly. AWE Roadmap Release — Charting the Path Ahead February also marked the release of the official AWE Network Roadmap, providing a clear, transparent look at the next few months of development and ecosystem growth. AWE 2025 Roadmap Ecosystem & Partnerships Base AI Agent Hackathon — Empowering Builders in India We deepened our collaboration with Base, co-creating the Autonomous Worlds track at the Base AI Agent Hackathon in Bangalore. This track gave developers the chance to build generative simulations, agent-powered economies, and adaptive virtual environments, all using the AWE framework. Top teams were awarded grants from STP Network, expanding our AI Agent Builders Grant Program. AWE @awenetwork_ai Shoutout to ARCA City (@mayursamr) for winning the Autonomous Worlds Track at the @base @BasedIndia AI Hackathon They’re building an onchain AI life simulation, where agents work, research, fight, and survive. Definitely a super creative exploration of multi-agent simulations astro | ortsa.eth @mayursamr 1/n we built an autonomous city of ai agents at @base @BasedIndia weekend hackathon and won overall 2nd prize - arca city 18 10:16 AM • Feb 21, 2025 Story Protocol Partnership at ETH Denver At ETH Denver, we also partnered with Story Protocol to co-create an Autonomous Worlds track within their Super Agent Hackathon. This track focused on the intersection of storytelling, AI Agents, and persistent Autonomous Worlds, encouraging builders to design evolving narratives driven by AI Agents. This partnership highlighted how player-driven storytelling and lore will play a crucial role in shaping the culture, history, and evolution of Autonomous Worlds. AWE @awenetwork_ai AWE core contributor @dr_daoist will be in Denver next week, joining an elite panel of judges for The Story Agent Lab Hackathon—a one-day IRL sprint to build the next SUPER AGENT alongside the top minds in AI. We’re offering a $3,000 bounty for builders experimenting with Story @StoryProtocol The Super Agent Hackathon is just under a week away. A paradigm shift is afoot – where devs will become bonafide Super Agent Buildoors. $60k+ in prizes and bounties. Meet our esteemed judges at the helm ↴ 17 11:27 PM • Feb 21, 2025 ETH Denver Presence STP Network had a strong presence at ETH Denver, with core contributors actively participating across multiple tracks and touchpoints, including: Core contributor Dr. Daoist spoke on the panel at the Super Agent Hackathon, sharing insights on scaling AI Agents in onchain environments. Hosting an AWE Network booth and live demo at AI Agent Day, giving builders and founders hands-on experience with the Autonomous Worlds Engine. Dozens of meetings with founders, developers, and key ecosystem players in the AI Agent and Autonomous Worlds space, laying the groundwork for new collaborations and partnerships. These touchpoints expanded awareness of AWE, attracted new builders, and positioned STP as a key enabler of AI Agents in scalable Autonomous Worlds.
