This is a window for everyone to participate. Subscribers are free to withdraw whatever they subscribed with at any point in time. * Streaming Phase is the duration when the swapping of tokens happens. This is the phase where all subscribed tokens get spent over a period of time (for as long as the Streaming Phase lasts).
