What is Success Frens?

Think of Success Frens as the decentralized version of Entreprenuer.com or Coindesk.com.

Members of the Success Syndicate can create engaging, high-quality content that leads to increased exposure, additional article mints, and potential earnings from affiliate or sponsored links.

The better the content, the more the individual contributor gains from their contribution.

Any media goes, whether an article, video, tutorial, podcast, etc.

Success Frens Roots

If you're not aware, Success Syndicate is a hypersub community geared towards creating a decentralized conglomerate Web 3 brand. Anyone can subscribe here to join: https://hypersub.withfabric.xyz/s/success

It was founded by Maretus, who's also a very cool dude who cofounded the 9to5 movement, which is starting to gain a lot of traction.

That's why everything aligns so perfectly. The Success and 9-5 brands complement each other seamlessly, allowing anyone interested to contribute & benefit from the growth of these brands. This also allows us to continue building our own presence in Web3 while doing the things we love, such as shitcasting memes or making art of our frens.

What Types of Content Will We Post?

This can change drastically over time, but talking with Maretus, we think all media generated will fall under the Freemium philosophy.

Any content posted, either free or premium will be of a quality that someone would be willing to pay for it. If they decide to mint it, the media owner will receive the minting fee.

We'll also have gated content exclusively for Success Syndicate subscribers—stuff that is too good to be free. Think of a deep case study that shows very specifically how a brand new account succeeded with earning a power badge in 21 days, very specific insights into how some of our best members were able to grow their accounts so quickly, or specific steps anyone could have taken to pad the upcoming Moxie Airdrop.

Freemium content topics can range from "how to farm liquidity without losing your shirt" to trading Solana on 100x leverage. Yolo!

This is just brainstorming, but additional topics include farming airdrops, how to airdrop NFTs, how to become a meme machine, and maybe even insight into the macro if one of our members can share his Bloomberg terminal info. cough mjfunds cough

Success Syndicate Making Waves

Success Syndicate has already experienced crazy growth despite being relatively new. In just the first month, 300+ people have subscribed. We've helped over 20 people earn their power badge so far, and we add to that number each week. The community is very supportive of anyone who brings the right attitude and tries to contribute value to the Farcaster network.

Dragic is an example that comes to mind. He created one-minute sketches for 400+ people on Warpcast and released his first NFT collection, which sold out within a day.

Otti is doing something similar, and his pencil sketches are pretty nuts. He's drawn at least 50 personalized sketches for Syndicate members.

AdminBrit is yet another example. With the help of Roguehax (another group member), she created a custom collection of 31 female nft's called 'The Sisterhood of Traveling Assassins'. These are selling quickly and have led to the creation of an Assassins guild with missions and incentives for members.

Abss and Bibhushit.eth, who met in the Success group chat, created the Predict & Win channel, which is focused on predictions for the current Eurocup. Their channel includes an in-frame prediction choice and almost 10,000 DEGEN in prizes!

All of this in just the first month! Imagine what things will look like a year from now. Success is already in the top 13 based on power badge engagement, beating out long-established channels, including /farcaster itself, LOL.

The channel is already the youngest channel in the top 20 based on overall activity.
