这一年投的私募都快有100w了，有几十倍的，有归零的，价值百万的总结经验，前期就这么多，后期再补充： 牛市的时候投私募，公募市值超过2亿的一概不投 熊市的时候投私募，公募市值超过5kw的一概不投 私募有中国人的背景，一概不投 私募天使轮与公募相差价格超过10倍的一概不投 私募投资机构不是一线梯队的，一概不投 牛市投私募的时候锁仓超过半年的一概不投 项目方有黑历史的一概不投 按月解锁，线性释放的，一个都不投 2024年的减半的时候，2024-2025这2年一个私募都不能投
