We are very glad to announce that you can redeem your Bike Aura and receive your own Lit Bike to embark on our ride-and-earn journey now! Here’s a simple tutorial for you to follow on how to redeem your Lit Bike. Go to “PERSONAL CENTER” and choose the Bike Aura that you want to redeem. https://www.sweatemple.com/#/personalcenter/Vault 2. Click “REDEEM NOW” to continue. 3. Confirm your email address and go to choose your Lit Bike. 4. Add your Lit Bike to the cart and continue to check out. (There are different colors for you to choose from.) 5. Please read the agreement carefully and make sure your address is within our shipping range. Because we are still in the process of setting up distribution centers around the world, at present we only ship to around 20 countries. If your country is not within our shipping range, don’t worry, we will open up new destinations in the following days. 6. Please fill in your contact information and shipping address. It is free to redeem the Lit Bike on Shopify. For those who come to redeem through Redeemable Bike Aura, the system will automatically recognize your order and reduce the price. 7. You need to choose a shipping method: Standard or Express. By choosing standard shipping you will need to wait for the LCL(less than container load), because the rule of shipping by sea is that the same target country must have at least 8 Lit Bike orders. This shipping method is FREE but requires a longer waiting period. By choosing express shipping, the delivery time will be shorter but you will have to pay for the shipping fees yourself. NOTE: Our shipping warehouse is in the United States, so we will need to charge a shipping fee. But we want to make sure that everyone who worked hard to mint a Bike Aura can still get their bike for free, and so we do offer free standard shipping, except that you need to wait until your country gets 8 bike orders to be able to ship. 8. Double-check your personal information and proceed to the last step of payment. If the information is incorrect, you can go back and modify it. If the information is correct, then you can complete the order. 9. Congratulations, you have completed all steps necessary to redeem! Now just wait for your Lit Bike to be delivered to your home!
