SyncPad Roadmap

Our journey towards building a pioneering cross-chain platform will unfold in three distinct phases. Each stage is designed to progressively build and expand our capabilities, ultimately leading to a fully functional cross-chain launchpad. Here's a peek into our roadmap:

Phase One - Launch & Establish
------------------------------

This initial stage is all about laying the foundation and launching SyncPad.

*   **SyncPad's Initial DEX Offering (IDO)**: This is where it all begins. We're launching SyncPad, a groundbreaking platform for managing cross-chain tokens. Our IDO aims to raise funds and kickstart our user base.
    
*   **Incentive Activities**: To foster active participation, we'll incentivize our community with rewards through SyncPoints, SyncBadge OAT, and benefits designed specifically for zkSync natives.
    
*   **Establishing a DAO**: In the pursuit of truly decentralized governance, we'll establish a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization). This move will empower our token holders with a direct say in the decision-making process.
    
*   **Kickstarting Other Project's IDOs**: To round off the first phase, we'll host the IDOs of other promising projects. This strategy will broaden the range of opportunities available to our users.
    

Phase Two - Expansion & Integration
-----------------------------------

The second stage will see the integration of additional features and expansion of our services.

*   **Integrating Swap and Pool Features**: We plan to integrate Swap and Pool features, enriching our platform services, and providing more possibilities for our users.
    
*   **User-end Backend Functions**: We'll roll out backend functionalities such as token management and token detection. These additions aim to enhance user experience, facilitating better asset management and tracking.
    
*   **Introducing Auction Modes and Tools**: To cater to diverse user requirements, we'll introduce a variety of professional token auction modes and tools.
    
*   **Onboarding Other L2 Chains**: We'll integrate more L2 chains such as Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, StarkNet, etc. This step will further expand our ecosystem.
    

Phase Three - Full Cross-Chain Launchpad
----------------------------------------

The final stage will see us achieving our ultimate goal of a cross-chain launchpad.

*   **Integrating Cross-Chain Bridges**: We plan to integrate more cross-chain bridges. This move will enable a greater number of blockchain projects to seamlessly join SyncPad.
    
*   **Achieving Ultimate Goal of a Cross-Chain Launchpad**: Our ultimate goal is to become a one-stop cross-chain launchpad. We aspire to support projects from different blockchain ecosystems on a single platform, offering a seamless cross-chain experience.
