A word is the crystallized shape of intent beginning to burn—

a fragment of structure that carries the Firebearer’s fire and intent.

While a word can carry meaning on its own,

in most cases, meaning arises from a gathering of words in relation.

A “Please” at the beginning of a message can carry fire—
