# Dreams

What if the dream we see, are different versions of ourselves in different timelines, or different universes.What if they dream about bits and pieces of our daily life. It may seem that we're all connected this way, but through what medium. Is the the same kind of medium the vedic age people used to teleport and do all sorts of stuff which sounds mythical today.

Example
=======

Dreams are made by figments of the unconscious. If I say/hear/do something in my dream, I might've said/heard/done that before.

Today I had a dream where I'm watching a video on ways to make content creative, by positioning and designing elements. After waking up, I remembered the dream(in parts) and actually tried those things. I don't remember doing anything of this sort. Is my brain teaching me things I don't know. Or has my peripheral vision saw that and taught me it in the dream.

Taking this a step further, we are a figment in the memory of our future self. So my future self would remember what I have done tomorrow, this month, this year, next year, next 10 years. But classical theories say I might wake up (in the past) and this must be a dream, much like the dream I had, which after waking up I'll do, putting me in a loop.

Waking up, doing what I dreamt consciously, and unconsciously (eg opening a water bottle cap after picking up the bottle). And then realising this might be a dream. And waking up again doing the same.

The matrix might be real, and we do see the glitches( deja vu).

Further Thoughts
================

This sounds stupid - \[4 sept 2022, going by flight to indore. College is over and I'm placed at HPE now.\] - why might dreams be a connection to other multiverses. How could they be. We're all connected to god, that's for sure. We chant god's name and we get closer to god, and to ourselves, basically to our atma, which is our innermost core. But chanting god's name and loving him helps us break the cycle of birth, death, rebirth and we go to vaikunth dham, we become one with param(ultimate)atma.

This sounds good, and real but dreams being a connection to me from other universes sounds stupid.

Analysis
========

Let's assume this is true. Let's say dreams do act as channels to other me’s. That would function via our brains linked with each other via some channel.What could that channel be!?Why are these memories interacting with each other? Are they meant to show us a bigger purpose, an alternative character to who we are right now, and our potential of who we can be?

If so, then we should have dreams more often, and a lot of people don't dream at all.A lot of people dream during the night, but personally I've seen dreams mostly after brahma muhrat (4:30-8:30 ± :30) when our mind is most active( I've read that brain activity peaks during this time and it is the best time for reading, writing, learning).

This implies dreams as a visual portrayal of our subconscious, which is also one of the foundations of lucid dreaming(which is tried, tested and scientifically proven).

I'll conclude for now by saying that I don't believe dreams are a connection to other selves of us in different universes, but they certainly are a strong visualisation of our subconscious, and they act as a checkpoint for us to know who we are, and who we can be, if seen with an optimistic mindset.
