# Projects: Show what you're building

Builders are shipping more than ever.

But talking about their products — traction, milestones, and progress — hasn’t increased at the same pace.

The real constraint today is **distribution**: getting products in front of users, investors, and ecosystem partners.

Over the last year, we’ve been working closely with builders and ecosystems through reward programs on talent.app. In total, we distributed almost **$600K** to builders across ecosystems like Base, Celo, Stacks, WalletConnect, and Syndicate.

Along the way, we learned something important.

We could track commits, transactions, fees generated, and other impact metrics.

But metrics alone don’t explain what’s actually being built.

Without seeing the product itself — the app, the agent, the protocol — the data lacks context.

So we built **Projects.**

Projects connect the key parts of your app — its website, repositories, smart contracts, contributors, and more.

Instead of manually updating pitch decks, spreadsheets, or dashboards, your Project page reflects the progress of your app in real time.
