We are excited to announce the launch of Tasty Bones Phase 1 Giveaway System! This will launch on Saturday, April 16th, 2022 at 11 am EST. We are excited to introduce this fun and innovative way of rewarding our active community members and strongest supporters. This system was created to give every single holder a chance to win, especially those who have interacted with our food portal! There are two ways to win:FCFS (first come, first served) - Speed is the name of the game. Fill out the form before the supply runs out to win the prize!Raffle - For the risk takers who want to try their luck and go for some even bigger prizes! Food traits can only be used once so saving them for raffles will be a higher risk, higher reward play!This is a big step for Tasty Bones! We cannot wait to continue growing our giveaways and bringing as much value as we can to our holders ❤️Giveaway Structure and How to ParticipateI. FCFSEvery week, the team will update the giveaway list adding new items to the prize pool. The prizes have a limited supply so if the number of claimants exceeds the supply, the winner(s) will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. The giveaway list will consist of the following: The task required (e.g. pick up, hold)The food trait(s) and any other requirements (e.g. collect in a certain order) The time period when you should do the taskThe quantity of prizes available in poolThe prize for fulfilling the aforementioned requirementsIMPORTANT NOTE: All requirements have to be completed by a unique Tasty Bones NFT, meaning that you may NOT share food traits/requirements with other NFT(s) you hold.FCFS Prize List SampleII. RaffleIf you are looking for some bigger prizes, we also have something for you too! For these larger prizes, submitting the completed tasks before the announced deadline will give the holder an entry into the raffle. Winners will then be randomly selected from the pool of the valid entries on the announced draw date! Please note while the prizes in the raffle will have a higher value and will be very limited in quantity. Entering a raffle DOES NOT guarantee that you will win a prize and this will be a higher risk, higher reward play. There will also be the following rules for raffles:You may not reuse any food offerings that were previously used to win any other prizes (both from FCFS and raffle)You may only be eligible to win 1 raffle prize per weekOnly raffle winners will no longer be able to use the same food traits for any more prizesRaffle Prize List SampleIII. Eligibility, Requirements and RulesPrizes can only be claimed and sent to the address of the current owner of the Tasty Bones NFT. If a Tasty Bones NFT is purchased on a secondary market, the new owner will inherit all the food offerings acquired and will be able to claim any unclaimed prizes associated with that specific NFT.You may not reuse any food offerings that were previously used to claim/win any other prizes.To be eligible for claiming a prize, the respective Tasty Bones NFT is required to have not been listed at any point in the previous 7 days from submitting a claim for a prize or entering a raffle.Since we are giving a late notice, this will not be enforced until Week 4 starting April 23, 2022 to allow most pending listings to automatically expire.Buyers who purchased on the secondary market will be able to claim prizes within the first 7 days of their purchase as long as they have not listed it. The delisting requirement, in essence, acts as a ‘pseudo-staking’ mechanism while allowing our members to keep their NFT(s) on their wallet. The goal of this is to reward our long term supporters with exclusive access to our giveaways. Similar to classic staking, this could also decrease the amount of listings on the secondary market. Unlike staking, this removes the need to engage in the staking/unstaking process where typically holders have to worry about depositing/withdrawing their NFT(s) to/from a staking contract and paying gas for each transaction.It is also the responsibility of the holder to correctly submit the giveaway claim. Failure to correctly submit or do so in a timely manner may result in being disqualified or unable to claim the prize. The Tasty Bones team holds all rights to dispute and reject any prize claims if the team has sufficient evidence there was some foul play in completing the requirements. This is to protect our prize pool and our holders that played fairly from anyone trying to get an unfair advantage. Spamming the giveaway claim form with invalid claim requests may disqualify you from current and future prizes. Once a prize winner is selected, the Tasty Bones team will honor the win and the decision will be final. No exceptions.The Tasty Bones team holds the right to change the giveaway guidelines/rules at any point in the interest of improving the giveaway system. This will be invoked in order to address exploits, make updates to bring more value, or update to increase the fairness of how giveaways are being distributed.IV. Claiming ProcedureThe holder has the FULL responsibility to submit a claim to win a prize or submit a raffle entry. If no prize claim is submitted, then the holder will NOT receive any prize. Claims will be made via a google form that will be available every cycle. Claims can only be made while the food portal is open and no claims will be accepted after the portal closes. Prize DistributionPlease allow the Tasty Bones Team up to 10 days from the time of the claim submission to distribute prizes. This allows the team time to review all the submitted claims and ensure they properly meet the requirements for the prize.
