Tension can build up for a long time. As this increase continues, it always inevitably leads to breakthrough. The clouds open and rain falls. The rivers and lakes overflow. This is both a time for danger and opportunity, specifically being presented as a result of the weakness in others or in the situation.

In times like these, it is wise to handle any of these “breakthroughs”, whether personal, professional, or spiritual, ethically. Now is not the time to resort to conflict, instead effort should be spent on energetic progress in the good. The Oracle also gives one specific piece of advice to those who are suffering from inner restlessness: relax and stop pushing.
