### **Summary**

The Well is an immovable and universal feature of human communities. Water nourishes not only the human world, but also the plant and animal kingdoms too. The water within the well represents our potentials, and points towards our basic needs.

Engage in self care this week. See to nourishing the parts of yourself that need support. If there is anyone in your life or community who is struggling in some way, take steps to provide them with nourishment too. This may be something as simple as telling them they are “seen”, or something more involved.

### **Closing remarks**

The second line in change give us hexagram 39, _Chien_, as an echo. This hexagram indicates a state of obstruction, and cautions us to not neglect our good and noble qualities. The world may neglect these qualities in ourselves and the collective this week, ensure that you do not.
