### **Summary**

Sometimes strong beginnings can turn out to be false starts. We are surprised by a series of events, or filled with an unusual energy as we begin a task. This is often propitious, but not always... a few days pass and what was a promising beginning turns into a dead end. We are stuck.

The I Ching has given us this specific combination of shock combined with blockage for the week. Be on the lookout then for excess in both directions, and do not be discouraged if it feels like a bit of a rollercoaster. Even though it may feel like a good moment to seize opportunity, its best to wait for a better time to undertake ambitious plans.
