# 俄罗斯计划推动在某些地区将比特币挖矿合法化

PANews 2月16日消息，俄罗斯经济发展部最近提出了一项提案，明确将电力过剩地区的比特币挖矿合法化并征税。并表示，比特币挖矿存在于法律的灰色地带，应该被视为一种“商业活动”，一旦代币兑换成卢布就应该征税。 根据剑桥的统计数据，俄罗斯目前是世界上第三大比特币开采国家，仅次于哈萨克斯坦和美国。
