# 关于COVID-19

简单查了一下，新冠出现之前，有很多国家大部分的自然死亡率是千分之6~9，而国家这两年来感染了新冠的人的死亡率与自然死亡率差不多。这是偶然的呢，还是说新冠本身并没有在自然死亡率的基础上增加死亡率？ https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%90%84%E5%9B%BD%E6%AD%BB%E4%BA%A1%E7%8E%87%E5%88%97%E8%A1%A8 更有趣是，香港地区之前的自然死亡率也跟今年统计的新冠死亡率差不多… 对这个说法不甚认同。 就算在千分 6-9 这个范围，那波动也很大，再且更应该看疫情期间的 excess deaths (中译感觉有点奇怪，超额死亡...). 以美国为例，从2020年3月开始爆发疫情，当年7月、次年1月 、9月、2022年1月，这几波爆发，都在对应时间点带来了明显的死亡人数攀升。附个图2来源 https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/excess_deaths.htm
