A snalien is an alien snail from outer space. We know snails from our earth, even though they’re slow, we never see them coming, until we hear them squash under our feet. But have you ever wondered if there are real snaliens in our universe? The answer is yes, it is only a matter of time until we discover them.

The Snaliens NFT Collection
---------------------------

Now what are The Snaliens ?

The Snaliens is a collection of 10,000 NFTs crawling through the metaverse. Each Snalien is unique and generated by code from over 160 possible traits. This Project is community driven and is focused on utilising the community for decisions and ideas.

This Project was created for people that need to get out of their shells. The Snaliens are looking for creative people and developers to join the community, to get together and develop great ideas.

The Snaliens are stored as ERC-721A Type Tokens on the Ethereum blockchain and hosted on IPFS. The 721A Implementation was developed by the AZUKI Team and is more gas efficient compared to the standard ERC-721.

**Utility**

We have no fixed roadmap, as we do not like to overpromise but rather like to overdeliver. However, we have some stuff that are fixed, like donating 10% of proceeds to charity.

We Believe that NFT Projects without utility are worthless, of course there are some exceptions, but, in general, newly launched NFT Projects without any utility are way overpriced and give the whole NFT space a bad reputation.

As we crawl along, we want to generate new utilites with benefits for the holders of the Snaliens.

The first utility of the Snaliens is nothing crazy but a good base to build on. It’s a costume in-game character in the endless runner game "YOU Run". This is currently being implemented and will be published as soon as the Snaliens get out of their shells (revealed).
