Try introducing yourself without your titles/single /married/have children or not/money you have in your bank account or the awards you won. I found this activity very interesting yet super tough. I wondered how we would visualize success without all of them. The day and time we live in demands a lot charisma in terms of the position we hold, the clothes we wear or the car we drive. It has taken out all the life which we are suppose to enjoy and experience without the burden of being included in the definition of success by a lot of social media influencers or for that matter the friends and family we are surrounded by. I am of the opinion that before we ask children what they aspire to be, we should do this activity. The top adjectives the person introduces themselves with, is his definition of success. That person should strive to act towards achieving goals that strengthen those adjectives.

I bet initially you would not be able to write more than three lines about yourself. But one simple solution to this is just keep writing about what you want to do as a person, and here i am not talking about the materialistic goals. Keep a free hand at writing, don't worry about the right adjectives. Now, once you write a page or so. You can just pick actionable words from that & Voila that is your introduction & those are your goals.
