# New RomeDAO Medium post got me HYPED

*Not financial advice* I aped into the aRome token on Moonrivers' Solarbeam DEX (only place there was any liquidity for it) as I didn't make the whitelist. The whitelist folks had already seen a massive upside from whitelist to listing on the DEX but most owners continued holding the coin with a few exceptions (lucky me). It was a bit quite around the team for the last week which is why I was concerned about the price point I bought into the coin (1000 USDT per aRome) but the team just released a new update on the roadmap which sent the token soaring: https://medium.com/@RomeDAO/romedao-launch-roadmap-9edfe738c98c I really think the mix of Olympus fork APYs plus game mechanics will build something differentiated. They have also already announced a partnership with Olympus which will lead to a unique stable stable Ohm/Rome pool down the line to create liquidity for Ohm on Moonriver. All this plus NFTs that reward holding the token and being active in bonding seems like a winning formula.
