The Phoenix Rises: 'The Phoenix Educator' represents my rebirth. I restarted from scratch, using a self-designed template to capture my daily ritual without compromising confidentiality. This act of integrity is embedded in the provenance of this collection.

The Methodology & Mission (Utility):

I committed to a single, consistent frame—a 'studio' within my daily life. Every photograph is captured from the exact same vantage point, rendered as a unique Edition of 1 piece (1/1 NFT). What changes is time, the weight of responsibility, and the attire of a dedicated educator. I offer not luxury visuals, but the raw, unfiltered power of consistency and honesty.

The Commitment: 15-year Home Mortgage (KPR)

Monthly Installment: IDR 2,223,212.97 (≈ 0.045 WETH) — fully covered by my regular monthly salary.

Original Commitment Date: July 2021

Remaining Balance (as of February 2026): IDR 273,455,196.03 (≈ 7.03 WETH)

Vision Beyond Numbers:

My salary is sufficient to cover the monthly installments. However, I want to finish this 15-year debt much faster.

That’s why I created The Phoenix Educator NFT series — so the proceeds from NFT sales can be used for a large lump-sum payment to clear the entire remaining mortgage as quickly as possible.
