มุมมอง #MEV ของ OP/ARB เป็นเหมือนคู่ตรงข้าม MEV (Miner Extractable Value) คือกำไรที่นักขุดได้จากการเรียง Txn ใหม่เพื่อทำ Front-Back Run,Sandwich Atk ฟังดูเป็นตัวร้ายแต่จิงๆMEVสำคัญกับระบบราคามากOP ยอมรับ MEV แล้วเอากำไรที่ได้มาแบ่ง userARB ไม่ยอมรับและป้องกันไม่ให้เกิด MEVOPTIMISMหลังจากลองถูกลองผิดมาซักพักก็ตกผลึกที่การ ok กับ MEV เลยทำระบบคล้าย Flashbots เพื่อทำหน้าที่ให้นักขุดมาประมูล 2 อย่างประมูลเพื่อลัดคิวของ block Txnbackrunning Txn จาก pub mempool เมื่อนักขุดต้องนำรายได้ที่เคยได้ไปเต็มๆ มาจ่ายค่าประมูลให้ OP OP แจกกำไรนี้ให้คอมมูวิธีเปิดประมูลนี้ สามารถแก้ front run และการทำ sandwich ได้ ข้อเสีย ณ ตอนนี้ (ไม่ใช่ข้อเสียของตัวระบบ) ตอนนี้ Sequencer ของ OP ยังไม่ Decentralized แต่ใน Roadmap จะค่อยๆ เปิดให้ปาร์ตี้อื่นๆ เป็น sequencer ได้ARBITRUMไม่ยอมรับ MEV เลยบล็อกไม่ให้มีการทำ MEV ซะเลย เพื่อป้องกันการฉวยโอกาสและสงคราม gas war แล้วเปิดให้ทุก Txn เป็นแบบ first-come first-served (ที่มาจาก Talk ใน Flashbots MEV Day,Amsterdam) เมื่อไม่มี MEVปัญหาที่ตามมาคือ การทำธุรกรรมที่ช้า เป็นปัญหาคอขวดอยู่ดี ล่าสุด ARB เลยเปลี่ยนใจยอมให้มี MEVHybrid transaction ordering policyInspired by some discussions and posts about transaction ordering (like this one), we're thinking about how we might maintain the desirable properties of our transaction ordering policy (such as low latency, transparency, and ability to decentralize without affecting policy) with measures to reduce the prevalence of "latency racing" among transaction submitters.https://research.arbitrum.ioแต่ไม่ว่าทั้งสองฝั่งจะมีวิธีคิดและแก้ปัญหาที่แตกต่างกันยังไง สุดท้ายปลายทางคนที่ได้ประโยชน์คือ User อย่างพวกเราที่จะสามารถใช้งาน L2 ได้อย่างประหยัดขึ้นและรวดเร็วขึ้น Note : ลบทวีตและแก้ใหม่ให้ละเอียดขึ้น
