This update finalizes the ZABAL token design and distribution structure.

ZABAL is designed as a coordination token with a fixed supply and clear circulation rules. This document focuses exclusively on how the token is allocated and how supply enters the market.

ZABAL will be launched **using the Clanker protocol through Empire Builder as a forged empire**.

Fixed Supply
------------

**Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 ZABAL**

*   Fixed at genesis
    
*   No inflation
    
*   No future minting
    
*   No discretionary supply changes
    

Supply predictability is intentional and foundational.

Distribution Overview
---------------------

ZABAL has **two structured distributions** and **one open supply pool**.

There are no recurring emissions, no seasonal drops, and no hidden allocations.

Builder Vault — 30%
-------------------

The Builder Vault is reserved for creators and contributors actively building within the ZABAL ecosystem.

**Lock**

*   **2-month lock**
    

Tokens from the Builder Vault are released through contribution and continued involvement.  
The lock period ensures alignment with sustained outcomes rather than short-term activity.

Airdrop — 5%
------------

The airdrop recognizes early aligned participation.

Split evenly between:

*   **2.5% — ZAO holders**
    
*   **2.5% — SongJam singers**
    

**Lock & Vest**

*   **1-month lock**
    
*   **11-month linear vest**
    

This structure acknowledges early contribution while encouraging long-term participation.

Open Supply — 65%
-----------------

All remaining tokens are classified as **open supply**.

This includes:

*   launch liquidity
    
*   market discovery
    
*   ongoing access for new participants
    

There are no additional programmatic drops beyond the Builder Vault and Airdrop.  
Circulation increases organically through participation and market activity.

*   **35%** of supply is subject to locks and vesting
    
*   **65%** of supply is open and accessible
    
*   No inflation or emissions schedule
    
*   No additional drops planned
