February Plans

**Miniapp upgrades + Empire Builder APIs**  
We’re expanding voting mechanics inside the livestream miniapp. ZABAL token holders who vote regularly will be able to influence how the **Monday 5 PM EST livestream** runs — including topics, format, and what gets prioritized live. Participation isn’t just tracked anymore; it actively shapes the experience.

**Contributor proposal → The ZAO**  
A formal contributor proposal is being prepared for the ZAO, outlining clear ways builders and organizers can plug in, contribute, and grow ownership over time.

**Organized streaming plan (tutorial-focused)**  
February streams are centered around education and onboarding across ZABAL, the ZAO, and the different projects I’m actively working on. These sessions are designed to provide clarity through real walkthroughs, live demos, and open Q&A — not filler content.

The focus is on:

*   Understanding how ZABAL fits into the broader ecosystem
    
*   Learning how leaderboards, voting, and participation work
    
*   Showing how builders can get involved with ZAO-related projects
    
*   Creating consistent touchpoints that compound attention
    

**February – Week 1 Schedule**

*   **Monday, 5 PM EST** — ZABAL AMA
    
*   **Tuesday** — BCZ Yaps w/ Jordan (ecosystem, tooling, direction)
    
*   **Wednesday** — BCZ Yaps w/ Adrian (building, strategy, execution)
    

More sessions will be added as the month unfolds, with topics increasingly shaped by livestream voting inside the miniapp.

A new leaderboard is being prepared for distribution, based on **daily voting inside the miniapp**. Consistency matters. Regular participation will outweigh one-off actions. This leaderboard is designed to reward people who help steer the ecosystem day by day.

January Recap
-------------

January was about proving the system could move.

We launched ZABAL into reality, tested ideas in public, ran live streams, and began shaping real participation loops. Builders showed up. Conversations turned into action. Momentum started to feel real instead of theoretical.

Not everything was polished — and that was intentional. January created the surface area needed to learn what actually works.

February builds on that foundation with tighter loops between action and influence.

Less explaining.  
More doing.  
More ownership.
