# ZABAL Update #6

*Week 2 Momentum*

Today’s AMA pushed the ZABAL story forward in a big way.  
New people heard the vision. Existing contributors deepened their understanding. And the flow between ZABAL, the ZAO, WaveWarZ, and SongJam became clearer than ever.

Below is a recap of the core topics we covered — and the energy carrying us into Week 2 of the December campaign.

**1\. ZABAL — The Fast Layer of the Ecosystem**
-----------------------------------------------

During the AMA, we outlined how ZABAL is becoming the coordination layer across everything we build:

*   the hub for community submissions
    
*   the layer that ties together streams, recaps, and culture
    
*   the place where daily activity actually _moves_
    

ZABAL is the “movement layer” that sits on top of the ZAO.  
It brings speed, distribution, and visibility to the entire ecosystem.

**2\. The ZAO — Structure, Governance, Intentionality**
-------------------------------------------------------

We also introduced listeners to the foundation beneath it all: the ZAO.

The ZAO is:

*   slow by design
    
*   contribution-based
    
*   structured through weekly Fractals
    
*   focused on mutual recognition and real work
    

This week we held **ZAO Fractal #78**, and the flow of contributions was strong.  
It continues to be the backbone of the culture that ZABAL amplifies.

**3\. Incented x ZABAL — Community Curation Begins**
----------------------------------------------------

We shared the first look at the Incented content sprint launching this month:

*   community can submit anything ZABAL-related
    
*   the ZAO votes
    
*   winners receive rewards for creation and curation

This will become a core loop of the ecosystem — creation, curation, and recognition feeding into each other.

**4\. ZAO Fractal #78 — Contributors and Flow**
-----------------------------------------------

Fractal #78 featured strong participation and consistent contributions from across the ecosystem.  
It highlighted how governance, creative work, and coordination continue to feed each other.
