**Key Insights from Our Last Hustle Hour** 

Our latest EcstaSHE panel (covering the succesfull attendance of Web3 events) discussed do's and don'ts. Here are a few tips from Lorena, Aizhanat, and Alexandra, all Web3 event organizers:

*   Anxiety? Just start talking - a simple "**Hi**!" can already do the trick.
    
*   It’s about connecting with someone as a **person**, not a product.
    
*   Schedule **calls** with important contacts during the event.
    
*   Follow up within a week to solidify new connections.
    
*   Remember that most speaker slots are **sponsored**.
