[**Glance**](https://nambk.wordpress.com/2019/03/08/app-glance/) is a _free_ simple app that allows a user to set a list of favorite items as shortcut to them, with the ability to take a _glance_ at the Weather in your current city. Alternatively it can be a helpful assistant when displaying the number of unread items in Outlook’s Inbox.

**Features**

*   Shows a favorite list with various types of items which are clickable. They can be add/edit/modify.
    
*   Choose your favorite city/location for Weather.
    
*   Displays Weather condition for your selected city with beautiful presets of weather skins and app themes, which are customizable!
    
*   Displays unread items with different types: simple message, message with attachment, and meetings/appointments.
    
*   Displays short tooltip info when moving mouse over the icon in the Notification area.
    

**Compatible:** Windows® XP, Vista, 7, 8 (in Desktop Mode), and 10
