What went well 😍在恶劣天气之下选择了放弃 食物准备的很充分 Gaiter在雪中行走非常有用 租了车 使得我们的行程安排比较灵活 衣服准备的比较充分 尤其是保暖和防水防风的 提前贴了blister pads以及穿了护膝，脚和膝盖都没有在下山时疼痛What didn't go well 😭不应该走散 起码不应该分成比inreach数量还多的小队 没有提前学习inreach的用法 包括互相发消息 生成实时位置地图 以及天气预报 没有进行gear check 导致一些队员的背包过重 或者带得装备不符合标准 在ranger提示下雪之后没有足够的警惕 对大雪的准备不够 下雪之后强行前进 没有定好必须下撤时间的deadline 对高海拔对体能的影响不够重视 没有针对高海拔的体能训练和爬山时间规划 火柴在高海拔地区很难打着 而且气罐消耗得也更快 没有带备用的袜子 在扎营的时候没有确定地面是否是斜坡 没有提前定好shuttle或者停车位 没有详细的提前下山plan b 导致队友需要快速下山抢shuttle压力很大 Awkwardly...girls should avoid "aunt days" trip (contributed by greta) 没多想备用方案（备用营地等）Kudos 💯马杰选择在天气将晚就地扎营防止摸黑过pass 大家帮助队员分担背包重量 高原艺术字 :zany_face:
