*   ParaSpace release post mortem for the protocol attack
    
    On 17th March, a hacker tried to attack ParaSpace, but the BlockSec team prevented this and saved 2900 ETH. After this attack, ParaSpace will undergo a phased reopening over the next week, prioritizing repayment, supply, liquidation, and then borrowing and withdrawal. The first phase with repay functionality is now live.

1/ There is a flawed logic in borrow() of the ParaProxy contract (0x638a) of [@ParaSpace\_NFT](https://twitter.com/ParaSpace_NFT) . The attacker can borrow more tokens as his scaledBalance will be enlarged by depositing into the position of the proxy (0xC5c9), i.e., specifying the \_recipient of depositApeCoin().
