They had a common totem, a shared identity. In the golden sea of stars formed by thousands of shining diamond logos, the members of TitanDAO were immersed in the joy and pride of their new identity. But after the celebration, a new, deeper chaos resurfaced. In different sub-channels, various proposals for the community's future emerged, lacking a unified decision-making process. A community held together by spirit and identity alone is like a giant without a skeleton. Though full of strength, it cannot walk a steady path. The passion of revelry will fade, and spontaneous actions will become disorganized. They realized that a battle standard was not enough. A great army also needs its own code of laws. A magnificent pantheon needs solid pillars to support it. The document "Draft Manifesto for the Titan Community Self-Rescue," created in the fourth chapter, was once again pinned in all core community groups. But this time, its title had been changed to: "TitanDAO Community Charter (Draft V1.0)." The manifesto born from crisis now became the cornerstone of a new code of laws. The entire community transformed into the legislators of this charter. In a public online document that anyone could edit, an unprecedented process of decentralized legislation began. There was no parliament, no chairman, only countless anonymous "builders" engaging in fierce debate and co-creation between the lines. What they were debating were the very foundations of this nascent civilization. The principle of "Absolute Decentralization" was highlighted at the top: "This community shall have no CEO, administrators, or any form of permanent leaders. There are only contributors, not rulers." Below it, a dense cascade of affirmative replies. Someone proposed creating a community treasury to fund future development and marketing, and a debate on "how to manage this money" ensued, ultimately won by the proposal of a "multi-signature wallet" and "all expenditures must be approved by community vote." The process and results shall be visible to all and permanently recorded." Like the most cautious architects, they designed every load-bearing pillar for the pantheon that was about to rise. By ratifying this, we will transform from a spontaneous alliance into a formal Decentralized Autonomous Organization with rules and goals. We will no longer be just survivors, but the founders of a new world." It was a paradox, and an ultimate test. Would a tribe that had just embraced absolute freedom now be willing to be bound by "rules" again? Even if those rules were written by their own hands. On the polling interface, the option for "Ratify" climbed steadily, with a slow but unstoppable momentum. Each percentage point jump was like a rivet being hammered into place for the completion of the pantheon. Finally, the progress bar settled at 99.8%.
