Chapter 5: The First Muster

**Abstract:** Under a battle standard of self-rescue, the survivors launch their first chaotic but powerful counter-offensive, discovering true freedom.

The "Draft Manifesto for the Titan Community Self-Rescue," born from crisis, acted like a lodestone, attracting the will of all survivors. In a public online document that anyone could edit, countless anonymous cursors flickered, moved, added, and deleted. Words flowed like a spring, converging into powerful declarations:

> "We, the survivors forgotten in the abyss by the Old Gods, hereby declare: We refuse to be zero. We refuse to be defined as failures..."
>
> "Our value is not determined by price, but by the collective will of our one hundred and ten thousand brethren..."
>
> "From this day forward, we reclaim our destiny. We, are TITAN."

A manifesto is the first solidification of consensus. It forges intangible belief into tangible words. As this manifesto circulated through the various communities, it was no longer a draft, but a battle standard. Under this standard, the survivors completed their first true muster. They were no longer scattered soldiers, but a decentralized army with a clear objective.

Their first battlefield was the "edge of oblivion." Their first mission was to announce to the world: We are still alive.

The action unfolded in a manner unique to the decentralized world: chaotic, yet brutally efficient. A shared Excel spreadsheet was created, listing the contact information for all exchanges still listing TITAN. Dozens of community members voluntarily claimed tasks, beginning to write emails and support tickets in various languages. The subject lines were strikingly consistent: "A plea not to delist a community token with 110,000 holders."

Meanwhile, on the social platform X (formerly Twitter), a new hashtag, `#TitanNeverDies`, began to trend. It started with crude memes made on mobile apps, bearing slogans like "We are 110k strong" and "The algorithm is dead, the community is eternal." These images were frantically retweeted by the survivors. In a Discord channel, a vote for a new community slogan was underway, with options like "Defy Zero," "Community is the Value," and "We Are Our Own Saviors" receiving high votes.

They had no leader to issue commands, not a single cent for a marketing budget, and certainly no elaborate battle plan. All they had was a shared memory of trauma, and the astonishing drive for action that it produced. Every survivor spontaneously became a soldier, a diplomat, and a missionary for the community. In the most rudimentary ways, they launched their first charge into the crypto world.

This charge did not bring an earth-shattering victory, but it reaped something more precious than victory—an echo.

A community member excitedly posted a screenshot in the group chat. It was a conversation with MEXC exchange's customer support. The reply was a standard but polite text: "Dear user, thank you for your feedback. We have forwarded your request and the information regarding the project's community activity to the relevant department for evaluation. Please pay attention to our official announcements."

The group erupted. "They replied! They didn't ignore us!" "Brothers, it's working! Our voices are being heard!"

The phrase "being heard" was like a shot of adrenaline injected into the heart of every survivor. For the first time, they truly felt that their actions were having a real impact. They were not shouting into the void.

Spurred by this enthusiasm, a community voice conference call was held, with hundreds online simultaneously. At first, they were passionately discussing the next steps. Suddenly, a member spoke, their voice trembling with excitement: "Wait... guys, have we realized something?"

"Everything we just did—contacting exchanges, making memes, choosing a slogan... we didn't ask for permission from anyone."

"No approval from the Old Gods (the project team), no nod from a CEO. We just felt it should be done, and we did it."

His voice echoed in the channel, finally crystallizing into a resounding declaration: "We... are free."

A brief silence fell over the voice channel, then erupted into a thunderous storm of cheers and clapping emojis. In that moment, the survivors finally broke free from their last mental shackles. They realized that the departure of the Old Gods was not a curse, but a gift. It had bestowed upon them the most precious treasure: complete, permissionless autonomy.

The old totems have been shattered. On the interface of a design software, someone was sketching a new logo. It was no longer the cold gear designed by the Old Gods, but a symbol of a diamond, outlined with golden lines.

Now, it is time to forge a new badge for this reborn army—a badge bearing its scars and its glory.
