# Decentralised Publishing

While i think the idea of decentralising publishing is (as other decentrlaisations) important I fear it can also be abused. Writing defamatory, racist, bigoted hurtful content has to be policed in some way. Now this does not mean we need a centralised authority but some form of authority is nonetheless necessary. Now how is this best engineered ?
