# Who am I? By [Toloun](https://paragraph.com/@toloun) ยท 2023-04-22 --- **Hi, I am Toloun, and this is my first ever Mirror entry**. I am a young man enchanted by the concept of web _3_, since _2017_ I have been observing the potential that all this has. In December 2017, **when I first heard of Bitcoin, its price was around _$14,000,00_** with a supply of almost _17_ million Bitcoins, fascinated by its history and purpose, I went deeper to clarify the doubts I had. During the year _2018_, a lot happened. I left my native country to try something new, being in United States, Washington, **I ended up looking away from the cryptocurrency market**, and focusing only in the traditional market. My year _2019_ was completely normal and uninteresting, little did I know that **_2020_ would be a big explosion for Bitcoin and the crypto market**. Despite not having even a fraction of bitcoin, I was amazed by this news! Without even a second thought, **I went back and did what I had to have done a long time ago, enter the crypto market.** You may think it wasn't a good time to come in, but it will always be a good time, now is better than never. **Currently,** **we are heading for a great evolution**, every day we are closer and closer, and I want to me a part of it all, what about you? **Knowledge will always be more valuable being passed on to others**, that's why I'm here. Now, being _100%_ interested on the Web 3, I feel it is my duty to teach anyone who is interested.
