Hopped back on to regiment the day I came back. Feels good man. Even though I’m still catching up on sleep (I slept a total of 4/48 hours the last 2 days in Denver), I feel decently energetic. Clowned around w/ Reaj, feel quite connected.

Mind: Clear

Body: Ready

**\[Atomic Habits- James Clear\]** I’m ready to set out to become a better person, building a better life with better habits: blocking off time for certain productive activities, recognizing the cues of sabotaging actions, living and feeling more healthy overall.

Specifics:

*   avoiding **non-movie** actions: things that one turns to to simply pass the time and do when there is clearly something more productive that can be done. For me, this includes watching Babus, mindlessly scrolling (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Leading to more moments that feel like “crazy. lit. movie”. I’m sure there’s a much better way to put this, but this fucking works.
    
*   Creating more “hacking/crunch-time” moments. So setting limited time blocks to have a specific start and finish time i.e. incorporating more **_finality_** into life. E.g. death.
    
*   Stopping degenerating with food, exercise + sleep lol. Denver I had a couple exceptions esp that DDao lunch l0l. pls no more degenerating.
    
*   Better financial habits, I’ll expand here:
    
    *   Hunker down, save money + build. Spending as little money on food + experiences as possible. We’re good for a while.
        
    *   Acquire yield, getting back into DeFi + degenerate plays.
        
    *   Uber? idk but a financial focus is here after the last couple months lol.
