1.打开[TokenPocket](https://tokenpocket.pro/) app，选择以太坊网络，切换到【发现】页面，选择**LI.FI**。或者您可以在搜索栏输入“ [**https://transferto.xyz/swap?fromChain=eth**](https://transferto.xyz/swap?fromChain=eth) ”。

2.选择ETH并输入金额，需要将【Arbitrum】切换为收款网络，点击【Swap】确认支付。

**注意：正常情况下，Layer1 到 Layer2 的跨链交换需要 10 分钟，但是如果您使用 Arbitrum Bridge 将 ETH layer2 提取 Layer1，则需要 8 天的时间。其他都是正常的交换时间！**

3、点击【Start Cross Chain Swap】，点击【确认支付】。

4、支付成功后，在TokenPocket上切换Arbitrum网络，大约几分钟后就可以看到资产了。
