somehow farcaster is bringing back the old vibes.

In 2005 I stumbled into the local web2.0 bubble, visited German barcamps and played with every second platform. From there I dug into the enterprise 2.0 scene, did more conferences than projects. At some point in time, I settled in corp. Went into controlling, processes and stuff.

As I missed the early crypto hype – sold my 4 Bitcoin for $100 each and left the scene –, it is not my role to give advice to anybody.

Like I said, farcaster is bringing back the vibes of exploring what is possible, learning social mechanics. At the same time I am settled with only limited hours to catch up and learn. Picking projects and topics to focus on is mainly serendipity.

I'll use this platform for mainly two streams, a) user experience when onboarding in web3 and b) grumpy old man talking about the past. History doesn't repeat but it rhymes.
