First, we mint the Tripsters. 72 hours after the Tripster Mint is complete, every Tripster owner gets an airdropped Baggie. You must be holding a Tripster at the time of the Airdrop to receive a Baggie. We’ll verify this by taking a snapshot of all wallets holding a Tripster right before the Drop. Baggies are a separate one-time use, NFT containing psychedelic mushrooms or toad serum. A Baggie can be utilized by its holder to trip their compatible NFT into a new Trippy version of the original. Although Baggies can only be used once, each compatible NFT can be tripped up to 3 times. Each time an NFT trips, it increases in rarity and gains even trippier attributes. Shortly after the Baggies have been airdropped, we will open the Trip Room. The Trip Room is where the magic happens. You must be holding a Baggie and a compatible NFT in order to enter the Trip Room and trip your NFT. In the Trip Room, you’ll be able to mint a completely new NFT, which is a Trippy version of your original NFT, keeping the attributes that you love best about your NFT. Your original NFT is not modified in any way, and you get a new Trippy version of the original. In the process, the Baggie is burned. The first compatible Tripsters collection is the Bored Ape Yacht Club. To mint a Trippy Ape, BAYC holders will be able to enter the Trip Room with a Baggie and verification of ownership of the Ape. A variety of secure verification methods that will enable BAYC owners to verify ownership of the Ape will be provided. For maximum security, the verified BAYC holder will not be required to link the wallet containing their Ape when entering the Trip Room.
