what shall i lack, for The Lord is My Shepherd?

where else shall i dwell but the place of tender grass to which He guides me?

where else shall i walk but the righteous paths on which He turns my soul for His Name's Sake?

what shall i fear—even, amidst the valley of death's evil shadow—for He is with me; and, His Rod and His Staff exhort me?

where else shall i sit but at the table He prepares for me opposite those afflicting me?

what shall anoint my head other than His Olive Oil and satisfy me more than His Eminent Drinking Cup?

where else shall i spend the length of my days but in The House Of The Lord Whose Mercy shall pursue me all the days of my life?
