Here it is, a fresh new list of onchain poetry. We see some familiar faces, but we also meet new ones. I came across a poet who is stamping poems on bitcoins. It's still a bit of a mystery to me, but they're creating some great pieces. And then there is Farcaster. We see a poetry community emerging there in the poetry channel. Some just share their poetry in casts, but more and more are minting their work as well. The fun thing there is, we had the opportunity to tip poetry with the $DEGEN memecoin. Users on Farcaster got a daily allowance (for free) to spend on content they love. I've spent almost all the allowance I had on poetry. Memecoin? Tips? Hahaha, that can't be real? Well, think about this: the last tips I gave were 1000 $DEGEN for original poems. At current rates, that is about 20 USD. The free allowance second season ends today, and it's not entirely clear what will happen next, but I think we managed to get some poets some pocket money.
