Spring is known for the weather getting better, and for blossoms on the trees and for flowers. But spring also means spring storms, and rain, and windy days. Sometimes, the best days to enjoy a place like the beach is on a windy day, one for which rain was also forecasted. You have the sand and the sea all by yourself.
