Long-term opportunities and a strong community that grows every year keep you motivated and believing in the web3 future. Projects that are focused on long-term construction - they are the future, they are the main motivators to stay in this area and do web3 further. I'm sure that this bear market will create a lot of successful projects and a solid foundation underfoot, people will enter this field more actively and mass adoption may not be as far away as it seems at first glance.
