# Women’s Health Week > This Week Was About You, But It’s Not Over. **Published by:** [Awareness Loop](https://paragraph.com/@tutticancerwarriors/) **Published on:** 2025-05-17 **URL:** https://paragraph.com/@tutticancerwarriors/womens-health-week ## Content Dear awesome soul,We won’t sugarcoat it: In 2025, women are still misdiagnosed more often than men. We’re underrepresented in clinical trials. Chronic pain is dismissed. Mental health is stigmatized. And far too many women are too busy caring for others to care for themselves. So on the last day of National Women’s Health Week, let’s be clear about what this week should be about — and what it still needs to be.What does women’s health mean right now?Routine care still saves lives. Too many cancers are still caught late. Annual checkups, pap smears, mammograms, and blood tests aren’t optional — they’re necessary.Mental health is part of women’s health. Burnout. Anxiety. Depression. Postpartum struggles. Grief. They are real, and deserve real care — not just yoga and self-care memes.Nutrition and movement aren’t about looks. They’re about energy, immunity, long-term strength, and emotional stability. Diet culture is out — sustainable, joyful health is in.Your gut matters. Your hormones matter. Your voice matters. If something feels off, say something. Push for answers. Seek second opinions. You know your body best. This isn’t about pressure. It’s about power. Your health is power. Your health is yours.Let this week be a starting point. Book that appointment. Rest if you need. Move if you can. Talk to someone. Help another woman. Or, just promise yourself you’ll stop putting off that one thing.PS:Women like Susan are turning pain into purpose. As a survivor, she brings art workshops into cancer treatment rooms to help others heal. We’ve raised $273 to help her — and every dollar helps. Support Susan’s dream here. Andreia 🍒 @andre_tfw This isn’t charity. This is community. @susanjeanart is one of us. A warrior, a survivor, an artist with a heart too big to quit. She brings art into cancer treatment rooms, not for show, but for healing. Got $1? Crypto or fiat, it all helps. Let’s be part of her dream. Tutti Cancer Warriors @NGOTCW It’s Mental Health Awareness Month. For survivors like Susan, art became a lifeline, a tool for reflection, release, and hope. Her dream? Bring that same light into treatment centers, schools, and libraries. Let’s fund it. Let’s paint hope.
