The Unlock Protocol DAO community now has a direct hand in shaping how Unlock Protocol is implemented on the Linea network. The Unlock Protocol implementation on the Linea blockchain has transitioned its control and is now included in the Unlock Protocol DAO’s cross-chain governance process. This move is part of the ongoing progressive decentralization of Unlock Protocol. The Unlock contract on Linea, which had previously not been connected to the Unlock DAO’s groundbreaking cross-chain governance approach, is now managed in the same manner as the other networks directly managed by the Unlock Protocol DAO through cross-chain governance.
