1 系统结构 此系统由以下三部分组成。1-1 预处去除原水中悬浮颗粒、胶状物质。 去除原水中之有机物和氧化性物质。 原水箱 全自动超滤 活性碳过滤器 1-2 后处理系统去除DI 水中离子、TOC、SiO2和细菌，并将DI 水供给抛光系统。 预处理水箱 一级RO系统 二级RO系统 TOC-UV-1 CDI系统 阴床 1-3 抛光系统完全去除后处理中之微量杂质及离子，并将超纯水供给用户点。 TOC-UV-2 一级抛光床 终端超滤 二级抛光床
