Ripple Labs Inc. is unable to resolve its high-profile dispute with rival blockchain consortium R3.

And here is the latest news from California - the San Francisco Court of Appeals denied Ripple the opportunity to appeal the decision to dismiss the lawsuit against R3. This means that 5 million XRP could go to R3 for a ridiculous price of $0.0085 per token.
