In people and in situations, find the good and avoid focusing on the bad. Even in small circles and with people you trust, stay as far away from negativity as you can, always. Don’t give it your energy and don’t be the reason it exists. There are people that can put a positive spin on anything and remain upbeat in the face of adversity. It’s a superpower and if you’ve known someone like this you understand how impactful this line of thinking can be. Shifting the perspective and creating a new narrative even slightly, can be the key to a positive outcome. Relationships, both personal, and professional will improve when you become the source of good. Disposition: a person’s qualities of mind and character, their inclination or tendency to act a certain way. What is yours?
