We are happy to announce that Vice Starter is finally available on Testnet. The contract has been developed and tested hard over the last few months by the Vice Protocol development team and is finally ready for public testing.First stepsTo test the contract publicly on testnet, there is currently a fundraising taking place on Vice Starter for a fictitious token called $BOND.
