# Rabbit Hole Studios Community NFT Movement

The mission: to create a sub DAO, within the rabbitholestudios DAO, that serves as a record label and art gallery collective. We envision an ecosystem where creatives have many opportunities thought the year to utilize the space, musical equipment, art supplies, collaboration, and networking to freely create art together. We will provide the platform and information for artist to share and to know how they can hold sovereignty, value, and shares on their creations and cocreations. The first opportunity is at our monthly full moon jam, where artists have gathered to create spontaneous art collaborations for over 5 years. Starting March 17th, 2022 , after we will release a bundled NFT with all audio and visual co-creations from the evening and provide everyone who participated the option to be apart of an evenly split percentage of any income received for the bundled content. This will occur once a month and will hold the intention of a decentralized sub DAO where we all are one even unit. The second option is a quarterly event where passionate artists come together and have 24 hour access to the space and equipment to collaborate on creative visions. Each NFT that is created during these sessions will also have the benefit of being bundled together as an album. Each NFT will have its own sovereignty and sub DAO that will decided on the value or share per individual involved commercialization of intellectual property. This event will happen quarterly through out the year, and we will launch the NFT on each solstice and equinox and allow those who were involved a place in our quarterly events to preform and display their new creations. We will also apply this same format to a yearly festival, with the same intention only to bring even more people together. There are many perks to participating in the collective: If you purchase an NFT or subscribe to the streaming of our sessions, you will gain access to private events in person or online. We note that all membership to rabbit hole studios and attendance to our events can be revoked at any time if a quorum of members if our terms of use has been violated. With the consent to participate in our sub-DAO, we ask for a small percentage of all creations to help us maintain the space and equipment to supply our artists, to help reward those who participate, to provide food and beverages and to pay the engineers during our collective sessions. We hope to see this movement reach far and wide, and to create a network that uplifts each sovereign individual by allowing them to have a choice, and to be the sum that is larger than it’s parts.
