### The Terms

*   Ghosted VM Fair List (FL) begins today and will go on for the next three weeks
    
*   Posting Encrypted Proof will ensure successful and secure verification of FL spot
    
*   Randomized snapshot will take place once during these three weeks to verify FL eligibility
    
*   FL eligibility is guaranteed only after successful submission is done while holding NFT from VM Selected NFT Collections or Community NFT Collections

**Community NFT Collections** will get chosen based on all other registered Fair List user’s holdings. Based on the volume of registrations with the most held NFT, Visual Machina will deduct onchain analysis and add these NFT Collections to **Community NFT Collections. Choosing by the community comes here in a literal sense, you have the impact**, VM provides the right tools.

If your wallet doesn’t own an NFT from **VM Selected NFT Collections** or post-snapshot **Community NFT Collections**, you will have a chance to obtain Ghosted VM if any supply is available once the Fair List phase is finished, or on a secondary market.

### The Ghosted VM Timeline

*   **29th April**: VM launch
    
*   **1st week of May:** Fair List registration begins
    
*   **Between 1st and 3rd week of May:** a Random Fair List snapshot will take place
    
*   **After the snapshot** VM will announce the full list of VM Selected NFT, Community NFT Collections, and Ghosted VM Mint details
    
*   Post-snapshot users who successfully registered for Fair List and hold one of the announced Community NFT Collection status will shift from **Access Restricted** to **Access Granted**.
    
*   Ghosted VM NFT mint will begin shortly after
    

### The Terms

*   $8 per 1 GHOSTED VM
    
*   No limited order size per wallet
    
*   **Contract:** ERC721A
    
*   Access Granted Status can be acquired by holding one of VM Selected NFT Collections, or Community NFT Collections
    
*   Not following or tampering with Fair List steps correctly will result in no guaranteed FL Spot
    
*   **Requirements:** Fair List **Access Granted** will allow a T+1 time mint advantage, **Access Restricted** gets to mint if supply will be available after 1 hour
    
*   After meeting a certain mint threshold, the Ghosted VM mint will be stopped, the threshold will remain unknown
