We’re excited to introduce you to the person behind it all, our founder, CEO, and Head of Sales, Gregory Paden. Greg has always had a passion for innovation. With a wealth of experience in online communities, he decided to take the leap and start what is now, Vital Management. Since November of 2022, Greg has been working tirelessly to build and grow the company. As the CEO, Greg is responsible for leading and guiding the direction of the company. They work closely with the rest of the executive team to ensure that we’re meeting our goals and always striving to improve. As Head of Sales, he is also responsible for driving revenue and customer growth. With a deep understanding of our customers and the market, Greg has been able to create and execute effective sales strategies. This has been key to our company’s success and helped us achieve our goals. Greg is also dedicated to fostering a positive and productive company culture. Greg places a strong emphasis on teamwork, open communication, and professional development. He is dedicated to ensuring that we’re not just a great business, but a great place to work too.
