Theres few options in my opinion: 1 - Trading perp’s 2 - Private investment 3 - Ido 4 - nodes 5 - airdrop hunt

For me working better - IDO and airdrops but atm a lot of projects check for sibil attacks and we need to be smarter (use cex for deposit)
